Short answer is yes! We can do our best to find flowers that we might currently offer for you, but, obviously, this depends somewhat on the seasonal availability. If they do exist, we will do our best to find them for you. These special requests are handled, and priced, on a per-request basis. Contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

Trublooms is a subscription service of farm fresh flowers from around the world hand delivered to your door. Each delivery arrive in eco-friendly baskets, ensuring your blooms stay fresh even if they are left on your doorstep!  


Our flexible service allows you to customize many aspects of your deliveries, including where your flowers are delivered to, how often you would like new flowers delivered, and your preferred seasonal variety. About one week before your flowers ship, you will receive an email preview of your next delivery. If everything looks good, you’re all set! If you want to change your order or skip a delivery, you can do it all with just a few clicks. You can cancel anytime, for any reason. We hope you’ll stay, but we don’t make it hard to leave.

Our flowers come directly from farms around the world, and subscription orders are delivered between Monday-Friday. Take a look at when your order can be expected to arrive. 


Roses: Main shipments arrive in NYC on Wednesdays of every month. Orders must be placed by the week prior to Wednesday (by 6pm) to receive them the following week.

Gerbera Daisies, Lillies, Hydrangeas: Main shipments arrive in NYC every Thursday morning and Monday morning.

• Thursday shipments, orders must be placed by Monday 6pm, the Monday prior.
• Friday shipments, orders must be placed by Friday 6pm, the Friday prior.


Tulips, Muscari, Japanese Sweet Peas, Green Tricks, Lilacs: Shipments arrive in NYC every Monday-Wednesday and Saturday.

• Monday shipments, orders must be placed by Thursday 6pm (the Thursday prior).
• Tuesday shipments, orders must be placed by Friday 6pm (the Friday prior).
• Wednesday shipments, orders must be placed by Sunday 6pm (the Sunday prior)
• Saturday shipments, orders must be placed by Monday 6pm (the Monday prior)

 

Yes. We need a minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel a subscription or existing order. Please contact our Customer Service Team who can help you with this.

Shipping
Yes. In your account profile, you can specify your delivery preferences to include instructions when no one is home. Your order will be left in our branded  Trublooms buckets, which keep the stems in water and keep your flowers or branches fresh.

We will collect the Trublooms buckets from your home at your next delivery. If you do not have a delivery scheduled, please contact us to arrange collection a pick up.

Absolutely! You can make changes on your delivery date 7 days before your scheduled delivery date.  Just let us know when you want to receive the flowers and we'll arrange the delivery according to your request. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

We hand-deliver your farm fresh flowers Monday-Friday, depending on your order.

The whole island of Manhattan up to 125th street east to west. We are planning delivery to the Hamptons Memorial Day to Labor Day twice a week in the very near future for all of your summer activities!

Billing And Payment

Trublooms is a subscription service that automatically renews every cycle. We want to make sure our customers don't miss out on their beautiful flowers. We try to make this apparent on the site when you order or log into your account, but sometimes it gets missed! Please email info@trublooms.com if you need help adjusting your subscription; we're always happy to help!

You will be billed for your full plan immediately upon purchase of your subscription. . After the first subscription cycle ends, you will be billed for your next order on the subsequent date from the first purchase. For instance, if you purchased a subscription to renew weekly, and your first purchase date was on the 1st of the month, your next order will be billed on the 8th.
We currently accept all major credit cards.
We take the payment for your subscription 3 days before the next delivery date. You can check the next delivery date in My Account section of our website.
General
We provide arrangements  of individual flowers. We are not a traditional florist and do not provide bouquets. However, we will soon be launching a retail version of Trublooms with high designs of the newest trends.
We offer affordable priced flowers because of the close relationships we have established directly with some of the largest farms in the world. Our founder has extensive knowledge and experience in the floral industry, too. This helps our team source the highest quality flowers at the most affordable prices. Since we buy directly from the farms, we avoid holding inventory, which helps us avoid waste and other not-so-great overhead costs.

Our flowers are wrapped in recycled craft paper and delivered to you in our branded Trublooms bucket. We pick up these buckets from you with each delivery, similar to how your favorite prepped-food services pick up their thermo-insulated boxes.

These eco-friendly buckets are reused to avoid waste, and the buckets are made from natural materials and recycled glass vases. Since we deliver your flowers in these buckets, no extra plastic wrapping is needed.

Our delivery vans carefully transports each order in refrigerated environments with custom trays to ensure orders are delivered unharmed.

Our flowers are expertly sourced from farms in Holland, Germany, Costa Rica and New Zealand. We are expanding our relationships with farms across the world each month, so stay tuned for larger variety in bloom selections.

Trublooms works with local and international growers and brokers to find the best quality of flowers at peak seasons. This helps our team provide the highest  quality blooms at affordable prices to our customers.

Since our flowers are travelling from all over the world, as soon as they arrive to us, we make sure to provide them with all the care and attention they need so they can be just perfect when you receive them. This proprietary process, of hydrating the flowers, cleaning them from extra foliage, and overall sprucing up, assures that you will receive your blooms at their true bloom.

The flowers come to New York City directly from the farms, which means they are not sitting around on a lorry or in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. They are immediately prepped upon arrival at Trublooms and delivered soon after the flowers are treated and hydrated before they are delivered to you.

Absolutely! You can easily navigate the site and select the blooms of your liking.

You can choose to receive flowers either once a week, every two weeks, or once a month. Your first Trublooms order will be hand delivered between 5-7 days after we receive the order.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Also, with your permission, we may from time-to-time send you emails about our brand, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We do contract with companies or individuals to provide us and you with certain services including email and hosting services, software development, credit card processing, shipping, fulfillment, data management, surveys and marketing, promotional services, etc. We call them our “Service Providers.” We may share both your Personal Information and Usage Data with Service Providers solely as required for them to perform their functions. We do not share your credit card or other account information with third parties unless you authorize us to do so, or if it is necessary to fulfill our responsibilities including, but not limited to, delivering a product or service that you order.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Flower Care

If you think you will be away for longer than 3 hours, definitely place them in water right away and leave in a cool area and out of direct sunlight. Our buckets have water in them, so the flowers can sustain without needing to be immediately put into a vase, but it is always wise to do so as soon as you can!

Be sure to change the water every two days. When the water becomes cloudy that’s when you know it's been too long. Re-cut the stems again at a 45 degree angle. Remove any leaves that fall below the water line. Not removing the leaves may cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower's life Make sure to not place flowers in direct sunlight or excessive heat. Keep in mind, you can find flower care tips for each flower you have received on our site.
Fantastic! Unwrap your flowers and remove protective wrapping. Also be sure to dispose of any leaves that may have come loose. Fill your vase with warm water and add flower food. Measure your stems to the height of your vase and cut each stem at a 45-degree angle. Change the water every 2 days. Remember to keep your flowers out of direct sunlight. Keep in mind, you can find flower care tips for each flower you have received on our site. Just type the name of your flower into our search bar
Gifts
Trublooms gift subscriptions make a great present for those who love fresh flowers. With a gift subscription the recipient will not receive an invoice of the payment information. You have the option of renewing the gift subscription or not at the end of the original term.
Currently, your subscription will be set up with notifications being sent to your email address. You may forward the notifications you receive to your recipient. We also recommend informing your recipient of the delivery frequency so they’ll know when to look forward to farm fresh blooms!
As long as each recipient is located in Manhattan, then yes this is possible. You will have to contact us for each instance.
